Laser Cutting
We have four Swiss lasers BYSTRONIC, type BYSTAR 3015, BYSPRINT 3015 and BYSPEED 3015 for sheet-metal laser cutting.
Bending
Six edge bending machines are used for sheet metal bending and their use depends on the type of the processed material.
Welding
All welding operations are performed with professional welding aggregates and they are further developed in the spirit of the latest development.
Surface Finishing
The final production operation is surface finishing - powder coating of steel, aluminium and stainless steel, blasting and pickling of stainless steel
Logisticts
The planning and organizing of delivery of a particular product according to customer's wishes already begins in the course of production of the same. The shipping is in compliance with international INCOTERMS 2000 regulations.
Product Design and Development
KASPER KOVO s.r.o. performs custom design development of new products, which is aimed at the technological optimization of the design solution.
3D Measurement
For 3D measurement is used the mobile FARO Arm Platinum 10 coordinate measuring machine in 6-axis version.
Export Areas
70% of our revenue comes from abroad. Germany, Sweden and Switzerland are our main customer countries.
