After submitting the complete documents and their evaluation you will be invited to a HR interview and further practical tests for applicants. You will learn the result of the selection process at the agreed time (until then you remain in close contact with the HR manager).
WHAT AWAITS YOU BEFORE STARTING
If both sides agree, you will undergo, before starting in the position, an initial medical examination by a contracted doctor. Afterwards we will need the following documents from you:
ID card
Confirmation of previous employment (so-called employment certificate)
Health insurance card
Proof of highest level of education achieved
Criminal record extract (in justified cases)
Qualification certificates, certificates, certifications
Bank account number

Before you start in the final position, you will undergo practical training in production. This will quickly familiarize you with the specifics of our production and the internal company organization. If the nature of your position requires it, you will be assigned a mentor who will guide you through the first months of work at KASPER KOVO s.r.o. and will subsequently take part in your initial assessment before the end of the probationary period.
