EPO1
The current and highly ambitious project of the Kasper family and their companies is the creation of the contemporary art gallery EPo1 in the premises of the former Trutnov power plant. Its grand opening took place in May 2023. The generous spaces are used to display works by contemporary artists, including sculptures of extraordinary size that do not fit into other galleries. Among the gallery's projects is, for example, building a collection of works by young artists, whose exhibition at EPO1 can be seen under the title Fresh Power. Sculptures extend beyond traditional exhibition spaces as part of another EPO1 project called Power for Space, in which the works are installed in public spaces across the country. Under the Art Point banner, cultural events regularly held in the reconstructed Chapel of St. Joseph in Slavětín can be attended.
KST ACADEMY
The KST Academy project loosely builds on the already established KST Team. While the goal of KST Team is to support adult and teenage competitors, KST Academy primarily focuses on sports for children and youth. Our aim is to bring children into sport, create a positive emotional connection with it, and teach them a healthy lifestyle. At the same time, we will strive to involve adults and seniors through follow-up projects and activities. With its focus and scope, this project therefore ranks among society-wide activities. Our area of interest includes both competitive and recreational sport. Stimulating performance has a positive impact on both physical and mental health (the benefits of physical activity).
CULTURE
In the field of culture, the KASPER group of companies is the general partner of the center of contemporary art EPo1. We also support other cultural activities in Trutnov. We are a proud and long-term general partner of UFFO Social Center for Culture, the main partner of the Jazzinec festival and others.
SPORT
Support for regional sport by the KASPER GROUP has become a long-term matter. Sponsorship of sports clubs, especially in the field of youth, is an important aspect in education and in the effort to maintain a positive attitude of children and adults toward exercise and a healthy lifestyle.
The supported sports disciplines have long included cycling; we are the title partner of the successful professional team KASPER CRYPTO4ME, the general partner of the Krkonoše Cycling Marathon, the general partner of KST ACADEMY, and the general partner of the athletics section of TJ LOKO Trutnov.
Education
We work closely with secondary schools and support students’ education. Thanks to our annual financial donation, SPŠ Trutnov can provide exceptionally well-equipped workplaces for teaching and organize competitions for students in order to increase their motivation to achieve the best possible results and the awards “Engineer of the Year” and “Toolmaker of the Year”. At KASPER KOVO, students can also complete professional training and gain practical experience in the field of modern manufacturing technologies.
We also support Junák, Hraničář branch. The sports disciplines we have supported for a long time include cycling; we are the title partner of the successful professional team KASPER CRYPTO4ME, the general partner of the Krkonoše Cyclomarathon, the general partner of KST ACADEMY, and the general partner of the athletics section of TJ LOKO Trutnov.
Charity
We are very happy to be able to help where it is really needed. Among the organizations and projects we support are Oblastní charita Trutnov, Domov sv. Josefa v Žírči, Člověk v tísni, etc.
