Measuring Workplace
With the aim of streamlining and increasing the accuracy of the measurement process for final products and the creation of the corresponding inspection reports, we have invested in state-of-the-art 3D measurement technology - the mobile coordinate measuring machine FARO Arm Platinum 10 in a six-axis design. The equipment also includes Polyworks® Inspector software, which enables efficient creation of inspection reports.
As part of the installation of the FARO measuring device, a separate measuring workplace was established, where precise measurements and the corresponding inspection reports are carried out on a granite measuring table. The FARO device is equipped so that it can be moved quickly and the most accurate measurements can be performed directly in production, e.g. on finished welded assemblies before painting. This increases the flexibility and efficiency of quality control.
