These are assembly units supplied to bus production lines for installation in the vehicle. They are usually assembly units coated by cataphoresis and powder coating, such as seat systems, battery securing systems, or systems for handling the spare wheel, etc.

The specific feature of these products is the material used, which is usually stainless steel or aluminum sheet metal, from which tank systems for supplying trains with drinking and utility water, electrical switch cabinets, or systems for the air-conditioning and heating units of railcars are manufactured. The production of these devices is subject to the EN ISO 15085-2 CL1 standard, according to which the production of KASPER KOVO s.r.o. is certified.
Textile Machines
Textile machines are traditional products, which in recent years have been represented mainly by systems for producing artificial textile fiber from stainless steel.

These are systems made of carbon or stainless steel, which are fully designed in our company according to the customer’s basic technical specification, and their production includes assembly and final operational testing. The customer receives a functional unit that only needs to be connected at the destination. Included are functional pneumatic components and electrical wiring.

The range of machine tool cladding covers the customer base of the most important Swiss machine tool manufacturers, who represent the global leaders in this field. KASPER KOVO is here a systems supplier of the complete visible part of the machine. These are usually steel and powder-coated or aluminum products with final assembly.

The range of food processing systems consists mainly of food freezing systems. These are fully assembled systems containing mechanical and electrical installations and usually also complete high-pressure refrigeration systems, which are installed in compliance with international standards for pressure piping.
Electrical switchboards
Electrical switchboard enclosures are intended for a wide range of industries. This determines the materials used (steel, aluminum, stainless steel) and their design as well as the actual size. This is a very diverse range, which represents a large part of our production.
We now also provide electrical installation and assembly of switchboard enclosures, enabling us to deliver a final product.

Payment processing systems or information kiosks for a wide range of purposes, such as library terminals or customer product displays, are project-specific products that are designed and manufactured turnkey according to the requirements of a particular project.
