We are able to supply pressure vessels in accordance with the requirements:
2014/68/EU - directive for pressure equipment with design standard EN 13445 for pressure vessels or EN 13480 for piping components.
For ships (Marine), under approval by major certification companies, such as e.g. LR, BV, ABS, DNV, RINA and others.
ASME CODE Sec. VIII Div. 1 with U-stamp (or with Um-stamp).
2014/29/EU - European directive for simple pressure vessels.
GOST R - pressure vessels for the Russian market.
AD2000
We manufacture vessels from carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Our engineering department fully prepares the production documentation, including static and dynamic strength calculations. We offer surface finishing as standard in wet or powder coating systems.
SIMPLE PRESSURE VESSELS (AIR RECEIVERS)
Vessels serve as reservoirs for compressed air or nitrogen in industrial plants, trucks, or rail vehicles. Standardly, we manufacture them in volumes from 4L up to 1000L and with a max. working pressure of up to 16bar. Within the applicable standards, vessel parameters can be adapted to customer requirements.
All product lines of simple pressure vessels comply with European Directive 2014/29/EU and the relevant design and manufacturing standards EN 286-1, EN 286-2, EN 286-3, EN 286-4.
The coating system can be applied both outside and inside the vessels.
CONTAINERS FOR
RAIL VEHICLES
Vessels for these applications are generally manufactured according to the standards EN286-3, EN286-4 and EN 13 445. The products are divided into air receivers and water tanks, which can be equipped with any accessories according to the customer’s wishes, such as heating elements, thermostats, level sensors, insulation, etc.
Fuel tanks for buses or cars
These are non-pressurized tanks in a special design, for example auxiliary fuel tanks for buses. They are usually aluminum tanks of various sizes produced in small batches according to the customer’s specific requirements.

These are non-pressurized rectangular tanks in a special design, e.g. auxiliary oil tanks for lifting equipment (cranes), etc. They are usually carbon steel tanks of various sizes, manufactured in series according to the customer's specific requirements.

STAINLESS STEEL TANKS
Storage tanks are suitable for use in the pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries. They are usually stainless steel vessels of various sizes, manufactured according to the customer’s specific requirements.
