For laser sheet cutting, we have three lasers TRUMPF TruLas 3030 Fiber. All lasers are capable of cutting various types of materials in the 1500 x 3000 mm format, with one of the lasers intended for processing only noble materials (stainless steel and aluminum) and located in a separate hall together with a press brake for stainless steel. This achieves complete separation of the stainless steel material flow.

In order to achieve maximum quality parameters of subsequent surface treatments, we cut all steels exclusively with nitrogen, which eliminates the formation of scale on the cutting edge, which then leads to paint peeling off the parts.
