The modern powder coating shop is, in order to achieve the highest possible environmental cleanliness, located in a separate hall. The coating shop was designed with an emphasis on high operational flexibility and the quality of the final products.

Blasting and Pickling of Stainless Steel
Pickling and blasting boxes are new spaces for surface treatment of stainless steel parts, created by an extension to the new hall for the powder coating shop. The blasting box is equipped with technology for evening out the surface of stainless steel parts using ceramic media, and the pickling box is intended for local pickling of welds and rinsing them with pressurized water.
Wet Painting
For the production of pressure vessels, a large blasting and painting booth for wet coatings is available. These technologies make it possible to meet very demanding requirements for painting pressure vessels.
Deburring of cut parts
For deburring parts after laser cutting or punching, we use a COSTA deburring machine, which can level the surface of parts and at the same time deburr their edges.
Maximum working width of the machine: 1350 mm
Processed part thicknesses: 0.5 – 150 mm
