CLOOS QRC-350-E

The QIROX QRC-350-E is a six-axis robot with an articulated arm, a working envelope 3,500 mm in length and 2,000 mm in diameter, and extended reach thanks to the robot’s seventh axis. Its mechanics allow versatile use and the execution of many different processes, while the rotary positioner enables perfect positioning and uniform welding even for complex structures. The robotic workstation is designed for welding premium materials such as stainless steel or aluminum alloys using the MIG/MAG method. MAG technology ensures high productivity and the ability to handle thicker materials. The quality of the welds and the efficiency of the entire process are improved by the two-axis positioner, which ensures optimal positioning of all parts of the vessel for welding. The robot is designed to achieve repeatable accuracy.

CLOOS QRC-410-E

QIROX QRC-410-E is a six-axis robot with a conventional wrist, a working range of 4,100 mm and greater reach thanks to the seventh robot axis. Its mechanics enable versatile use and the performance of many different processes; the rotary positioner provides perfect positioning and uniform welding even on complex structures. The robot can handle all MIG/MAG welding processes, including welding of standard carbon steels. MAG technology ensures high productivity and the ability to process thicker materials, for example in pressure vessels. The quality of welds and the efficiency of the entire process are improved by the rotary positioner, which ensures optimal positioning of all parts of the vessel for welding. The robot is designed to achieve repeatable precision.

ROBOT COWELDER™

The CoWelderTM collaborative robot is equipped with TIG technology (welding of noble materials - stainless steel, aluminum alloys), known for its precision and quality and suitability for fine welding, where emphasis is placed on detail and aesthetics. It is designed to work safely alongside human operators, enabling easy programming and flexibility when handling various components. The robot arm has a load capacity of 12.5 kg, a reach of 1,300 mm, a rotation speed of up to 180 st/sec, and repeatability with a tolerance of ± 0.1 mm.

TRUMPF TRUBEND CELL 7000

TruBend Cell 7000 is a fully automated system for swing bending sheet metal with a bending length of up to 0.5 m. The angular robot ensures precise positioning, the ACB system for automatic measurement and correction of bending angles guarantees precise results from the very first part, and the integrated tool changer enables quick adaptation to different operations. The machine is designed to handle even complex parts quickly, efficiently, and with minimal errors. The robotic cell is equipped with automatic tool change according to the selected program.
